The app is my go-to everyday healing, so simple to use, versatile and highly effective. I play all links at least once a day in the background. I use it when stress builds up to relax and ground myself into the present moment. I play it to help my baby with his digestion when he’s in pain— generally goes away within 30 minutes. I play stress and wellbeing before bed and detox and immune all night, unless I have a specific issue, I’ll then play the relevant link all night as a booster. Recently it helped me and my family recovering from a cold mush faster than usual. I’ve used the pain link many times for headaches or pain in a specific spot and it’s always eased it very quickly. I have been using the Healing App since it was released and absolutely love it! I have used it on all members of my family including my doggies and have had fantastic results! My son had a tummy bug so I used a couple of different links with great results, he bounced back pretty quickly. I have also used it on my daughters who have asthma which helped them a lot with not having to use their puffers as much. I use it when I have IBS flareups and I can tell you that it has helped so much with that.
